VaccinePLUS’ blockchain-based solution makes vaccinations transparent and traceable, from the origin to the patient. They have a patient app to help consumers making bookings and verify vaccination provenance and a clinic portal for health care providers to issue immunization records in a permanent and secure manner. VaccinePLUS needed a brand identity and UI/UX for their portals.

We created a unique wordmark logo and app icon, in combination with a blue-violet theme to invoke feelings of trust and calm. We also developed a website for them, with landing pages for both patients and health care providers.

We also created the user interface on the patient app, including functions like immunization records, an informational corner, "Virtual Nurse" chatbot and booking/appointment reminders. The clinic portal on the health care provider's end has a schedule management system and OCR scanning function for efficient vaccination record entry.
